Buffet package cards show the 40+ guest range, with lower per-person pricing at 60+ and 100+. Starting prices reflect simple drop-off, pickup, or basic delivery. Setup, refills, staffing, and full-service are quoted separately based on guest count, timing, location, and service needs.

Delivery/setup, buffet refills, and staffed lines can still be estimated here. Full-service staffed events, weddings, rentals, and 150+ guest jobs move to a custom quote.
Quesabirrias are available as a premium fresh-service add-on for taquiza-style events. Because they are best served fresh, they are not included as the default item in our buffet packages.
Appetizer Add-Ons start at $15/person. Choose 2: mini chicken tostadas, mini tortas, guacamole cups, esquites, taquito-style bites, or vegetarian tamale bites. Premium seafood appetizers can be quoted separately for weddings and elevated private events.

We usually lead with guac + chips, agua fresca, horchata, and dessert or sweets. Fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and quesabirrias come in as specialty upgrades when the event format supports them.
